I will add wholesale area in current retail store by adding code in your current theme. So, that you can run b2c and b2b in single basic plan. The B2B area can be access by approved b2b customers only. Functionality and layout remain same but you can set different shipping for wholesale products and separate product inventory for wholesale in which you can set pricing.
